DESCRIPTION: 본 과정은 한국적 (이민 교회) 상황에서의 교회론과 리더십에 있어서의 성경적, 신학적, 실천적 문제들을 다루며 특별히 회중형성, 영성형성, 그리고 통합적 목회(holistic ministry)와 관련된 평신도/목회자의 리더십의 역할을 탐구할 것입니다. 모든 교회의 지체는 하나님과 인격적으로 또한 협력적으로 영성형성과 선교적 삶으로 참여하여 “해석적 공동체”로 만들어져 갑니다. 실천-이론-실천-전망의 순서로 본 과정은 실천신학의 방법론과 연관된 주제들을 다룰 것입니다.
LEARNING OUTCOMES: 본 과정을 성공적으로 마친 학생들은 (1) 앞으로의 사역의 상황에서 선교적 교회론에 대한 이해를 명확히 설명할 수 있으며 (2) 기독교 리더십의 역할을 이해하며 (3) 특정 상황에서 교회론과 리더십에 대한 본과정의 연구들을 적용할 수 있으며 (4) 자신의 은사와 부르심과 연관해 명확하게 살펴볼 수 있을 것입니다.
COURSE FORMAT:
본 과정은 한 주간의 intensive 과목으로 매일 8시간씩 월요일부터 금요일까지 닷새동안 진행됩니다. 본 과정은 강의, 개인 및 소그룹 훈련, 강의 자료 및 실습에 대한 토론, 초청 강의 등의 방식으로 진행됩니다.
